From brief to screens, in seven steps.
Brand brain
Your colours, type and rules are held here. Every surface is rendered from them, in the style of the reference you sent.
BRIEF
Send a reference: the poster, a photo of the room, a voice message. However you would brief a designer is how you brief this. What comes back is built out of your BAM, the brand asset management system.
BAM
The brand asset management system: your logos, type, colours and rules in one managed library. Set up once, it is what every render is built from, so nothing comes back off-brand.
PROJECT
The work is tracked as work: what is going to which screen, when it runs, and who still has to sign it off.
AGENTIC OS
The agents do the making. Each surface is rendered at its own pixel size, in the style of the reference, still or animated.
APPROVE
Nothing goes live until someone on your team approves it.
CONNECT
It wires into the media server already in the booth: LG webOS, BrightSign, MagicInfo. Done once, at setup. Nothing to rip out, nothing to rebuild.
DELIVER
The finished files land on the screens, the socials and the site at the same time.
Why choose Event Avenue?
- 30%
- LESS SPENT ON PRODUCTION
- Under 12h
- FROM BRIEF TO SCREENS
Have a promo idea for tomorrow just before bed? Event Avenue delivers it while you sleep.
Our own figures, measured against what a venue spent on production before us. Every other number on this site names the study it came from; these two are ours, and this line is here so nobody has to guess which.
The same brief, on the socials.
The same reference comes back as stories and posts, in the house style, at the size each feed wants.
One ask covers the screens and the feeds.

Casinos, arenas and conference centres too.
It is the same system wherever screens need new visuals: one place to ask, visuals in your style back in minutes, every screen kept organised.
The people building it.

Book a demo. Bring one poster.
Pilots are already running.
We will put your poster on every screen size you name, in your style.
What happens to one reference.
A poster goes in. Every screen comes out at its own size, in the same style, animated, and lands where the room already looks for it.
POSTER / PHOTO / VOICE MESSAGE
Whatever you would send a person.
BRAND BRAIN
Knows the brand and the room, and keeps the reference’s style.

Questions.
Event Avenue is an AI system that makes the content a hotel’s screens play. It learns your brand once. After that, send it one reference, the event poster, a photo or a short brief, and in about twenty minutes it returns finished, animated content for every screen in the building at each screen’s exact pixel size, plus the poster, print and social versions. Someone on your team approves before anything goes live, and the files are built for the players you already have, LG webOS or BrightSign, and for Samsung MagicInfo where a venue runs it.
No. Your designer makes the one thing worth making. We make the other forty. The system removes the production queue and keeps everything consistent; your team sets the direction and the brand.
Yes. It learns the colours, the type and the rules from your brand once, and reads the style of each reference you send. A poster in your house style comes out as a lobby wall, an elevator screen and a story in the same house style, not a template.
Event Avenue is a set of agents, each with one job: reading the brief, holding the brand, rendering, resizing, checking the result. They run on the latest frontier AI models, and we move them to a better one when it ships. The rendering itself runs on Mondniles, our own engine.
Screens of any size, projection, lobby and wayfinding displays, the website, social and print. Each rendered at the exact pixel dimensions of the surface it is going to.
No. Signage software plays files someone already made, on a schedule. Event Avenue makes the files: connect your brand once and every screen fills itself, at the exact size it takes, in your style, and lands in the player you already run.
Both. A wall wants a file that fits it, loops without a visible cut, and opens on the media server already in the booth. So we render to the surface’s own canvas, cut the loop on the clock rather than on whatever frame the render happened to end on, and encode to what the server already plays.
No. Event Avenue runs in the browser, and the files land in the players and media servers already in the building. In practice that means the LG webOS or BrightSign players most venues already run, and Samsung MagicInfo where that is the system, which is what we are building support for.
No. There is nothing to connect to your property management system and nothing for IT to sign off. Event Avenue is only the screens: it makes the files and puts them where the players look for them. That is why a venue can start on the same day it decides to.
Yes. Pilots are running in venues now. We do not name them here until they agree to be named.
Connect brand and context once and the first surfaces render the same day. After that a change is minutes, not a ticket.
Fill in the booking form on this page with your venue and an email. We reply with times, and where we can we run the demo at your own screens’ sizes, so you see your venue rather than ours.
